April 2022 Updates: 


- Monthly Assessments: As of January 1, 2022, monthly assessments increased to $235. Some of you are still paying the former amount. If you have checks sent directly from your bank, please ask them to update checks to the new amount.

- Parking: Please take a moment to review our parking regulations, especially concerning guest parking

- Fire/Carbon Monoxide Detectors: Remember to change your batteries every year, and replace detectors themselves every ten years.

      - TIP: If detectors are going off at random, try vacuuming them every             few months to remove dust that could be triggering a false alarm.

- Dryer Vents: Clean your dryer vents inside and outside when packed with lint. A clogged dryer vent is a fire hazard.  CCHA will replace outside vent covers for $25.

- Rain Caps: RWB Construction is in the process of replacing rain caps on the furnace pipes up on the roof.  Birds were able to get into the original caps, creating fire hazards.  RWB still has a few units left to complete, so if you hear noise up on your roof do not be alarmed.
